I have been sleeping A LOT! And soundly! Like 9-10 hours a night. I am feeling better now, not as tired during the day anymore, I really do notice if I eat too little fat now.
I have not been doing the BAB, I have been sleeping in too long! I have been taking my breakfast bakes or sandwiches to work and eating it there. I think this week I might try something else, maybe egg salad? IDK yet. A work in progress!
I have been out of town and life has been just insane. I am just getting back to replying to blog comments. Thank you for making the time to write on my "Cheat Meals" blog. I really found it helpful. I think I might be still defining what a healthy lifestyle means to me.
