I did have a BAB today but it was late! It wasn't til about 12 and I was up at 9:45am. Was going out to "lunch" which is really breakfast for me and so I didn't want to eat at 10:15 just to go eat again at 11:30. We ended up late though so I probably could have eaten twice. IDK!
Thanks for the comment on my blog! I am planning to do a low carb plan soon, and I could give the old Leptin Reset another shot! I can't really follow all of it, but I can adapt it some. One thing I know I can try to do is get that breakfast in! It is against my normal eating pattern, but my normal pattern really isn't working for me now is it?! I am bad with eating real late at night too, and that is something I can definitely work on. I can also try to get to bed earlier, even if not at sunset like he recommends. But, who knows he may be right, I may just be screwed! I have always been a night person though, and tried to change over and couldn't. Was nothing but sick and sleep deprived! SMH!
