Fighting Back

My wight has been a consistent problem since I left high school. I have been out of school for 40 years and I still have that problem. I have made a mess of my body in the past, but I am going to turn things around with a lot of help from you and a lot of determination from me. I only hope that I can live up to my end of the bargain.

Think 1% improvement every day and guess where you end up in 100 days? I love that concept and am trying to do it by 100 day streak of walking and staying in my calorie range. Working for me as I am only .2 pounds away from onederland! Let's keep trying, never ever give up! Take care! Anne emoticon

"Progress. Just make progress. It's okay to have setbacks and the need for do-overs. It's okay to draw a line in the sand and start over again --- and again.
Just make sure you're moving the line forward. Move forward. Take baby steps, but at least take steps that keep you from being stuck. Then change will come.
And it will be good."

you can stop your trend. Weight goes up and down. the trick is to keep it going in an overall downward trend... kind of like the stock market. Just think of it as temporary gain like a blip on a warning radar to get serious, not impending doom.
