1. Consume 1200-1550 calories/day

Thanks for the quick response! I also have all the yoga stuff I need at home: mat, blocks, strap, bolsters, blankets, DVDs...it's just making myself do it. Perhaps if our workout area were a little nicer than the bleak, cold, unfinished basement. The studio is so warm and inviting. Maybe I just need to spruce the place up a bit.

Just realized you are from Australia! The best two years of my life so far were spent on the Northwest Cape at Learmonth Solar Observatory. Tonight I had to give a talk on space weather to a US Civil Air Patrol group, and I used a presentation my wonderful colleague Dr. John Kennewell put together for the Australian Space Academy. John and I were co-directors at the joint Australian/US observatory, and John always had a dream of founding the space academy. He made his dream come true. Australia has a real gem in John Kennewell!

emoticon on your new home!! How awesome! .............. I like to set up house w/ first the essentials set up ............. then go to work on one room at a time ......... Like the kitchen ............ and organize cupboards and only put out what I know I will use ............... and decide what my color accents will be and build from there .............. I keep it charming, but not too cluttered .................. keeping countertops easy to clean .......... and appliances I use the most ............ (the rest tucked away neatly) ............... then I go to second room and so forth .................. (sendin U a crockpot, cos they save so much time and we use often) .......... Best ...........
