My Goals:
Started out hoping to lose 10% and, amazingly...it happened! I have lost 70 pounds so far and I am soo much stronger!

When I reach my next goal, I am going hiking at Glacier National Park!

Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.



My Program:
Track all food and stay within range each day.
Portion control, quality food choices, lifting heavy, flexibility, cardio. That's my program. ST 3x/cardio 3x/week. Yoga at bedtime.

My mornings are fine---but my last period of the day is horrible---9th grade PIAs---and then I have afterschool detention and had issues with 2 of them---it is getting old quickly!

Thanks for your supportive comment on my blog about walking during chemo. I just moved full-time to East Tennessee and we have wonderful weather in the fall here. I'm really enjoying being able to be outside in the wonder weather we have been having. Yesterday, I spotted the first tree I've noticed that is starting to change colors. I think we have the makings for a beautiful fall.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! Very true about excellence vs perfection. I think what I'm aiming for is practicality: I can't exercise for hours a day because my schedule just won't allow, but I could add an extra 30 minutes.
