Getting ready for the Khaju Bridge Climb!

Spring 5% Challenge:

My current weight: 228.4 lbs x 5% = 11.4 lbs to lose.

By May 31st, my goal weight should be 217 lbs.

Exercise commitment:

I commit to do 250 minutes of exercises per week. I will strategically use my two 15 min. breaks at work plus my lunch hour to squeeze in exercises.

Nutritional Plan:

I will eat as per the Canadian Health Food Guide, modified to suit my needs, which means:

La dernière fois que j'ai mis les pieds dans une bibliothèque, c' était au cégep... donc il y a au moins 3 ans! Ha ha ha! Je vais devoir m'abonner à Québec et voir s'ils acceptent les suggestions ;) merci du truc!
