ok..to keep it simple ..we check in with each other on MONDAYs...weigh in day for BTS..so we will just send a note to each other ,,,done..new goal for week is..etc.. or whoops did not make it ..reset!
My goal for the this week...15 minutes daily on the stationary bike..walk 30 minutes M/W/F & Strength train T/Th/Sat...with Sundays off. Indeed my overall goal is to be able to post a much lighter weight on my DL..but a weekly break down is what is needed to get us there..right??

considering the words you posted on my blog 42....
it sounds like both of us need to really focus on a daily basis.
I agree if you follow the plan ..the plan will work..
whatever it is..you have to be like a sticky glue spill & be
all over it all the time!
Now Easter is over...short of a prodigal son returning home there should be no more feasts or special "excuses"...not sure what your schedule is like for BD..Anniversaries & such..but
fact is they will come & go..if you do not eat your fill at the one this year...there is next year...right?
Here's a funny..it dawned on me that my drivers license is due for renewal next year..I want to be able to change the weight posted on it..now there is a long term goal that I feel is achievable. Now to do a weekly goal..every week to get me there..it is like building a ladder to the roof..one rung at a time.
Are ya with me...do we need to do a private between you & me challenge on a weekly basis?? Come on gal..we can do this!!!

Hi Jane, thanks for stopping by, yes settling in with the 2 teams, I think I might have gotten in over my head lol, will keep plugging and see how it goes.
Yes I really miss you gals, we seem to get so attached to our Butterflies ! I am slowly getting to know the members on my other teams, and so far it is going well.
My weight has been at a stand still...need to revamp my diet, and lower those carbs.
I've been so busy, Mom is in therapy, so keeps us busy taking her and picking her up! She is working on her balance, she has been having a lot of falls!

Take care Jane, keep your chin up before you know it you will be gardening!
