Jane ..read you comment on Elaine's page.. I agree ..to allow yourself "days off" and to eat what you want knowing that it is only a one time that day only thing is doable for some. So as long as you know you can do it..koodo's to you! I can eat just one cookie or small slice of cake..but PIE!! oh my.. when I start in on a Razzleberry pie..I can make myself sick. I will eat and eat and eat..so NO Razzleberry allowed in the house unless there is company & it will all be gone when they are gone!
Off to the mtns tomorrow..so will check in with you when we get back..just a day trip to see the Aspens!!
Jane, don't worry about responding to everyone, some days I just get in to say hello, maybe get a couple gals, like you I am busy theses days and sometimes have other priorities to attend to, I think they like you to be in at least 3 times a week. We worry when someone is absent too long!
Hi..yep that is why I do the Vegan Challenge..it is only 21 days..they give you a raft of recipes and I can round them out with meat for DH. or fix him some quickie like hot dogs, BBQ beans and fried tators ..he could live on that meal and also biscuits and gravy!! And the man is slim!! grrrr
I know in the long run I will opt for just a balanced diet ..with only red meat occassionally. But the Vegan seems to kick start my weigh loss and I felt like SOOOO good while eating that way.
