emoticon You are correct. Healthy food can still be my best friend if I use it for fuel and not for filler. emoticon

Hey, Susan,
Thanks for turning me on to Spangle's free audio coaching on emotional eating. There are 5 parts to it and so far I have listened to the first 2 parts. I am finding it very helpful. I am learning to be "in charge" of my eating!
