I may not yet be there, but I am so grateful to not be where I used to be!

I have learned to focus on persistence and give up perfectionism.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda Spangle and her books 100 Days of Weight Loss and Friends With the Scale. Through them I am learning how to manage my emotional eating and not stress over day to day fluctuations in my weight.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Buddy Shuh, a contestant from season 15 ...

I am actively participating in three great Spark Teams and have formed strong friendships with many of their members.

I would be NO WHERE without all my Wonderful Spark Friends who are my daily meeting and motivation.

We do not walk this journey alone. We walk it hand in hand, and sometimes boot to rear LOL!

Hey there, Susan!
Thanks so much for stopping by my reviews of 100DWL and taking time to comment. The reviews are quite really quite helpful.
It is interesting that for some of the days I just have to look at the topic and I can remember almost everything Spangle wrote for the day. Other days, I struggle with trying to remember her main point. Reviews are definitely a help! I will most likely need to review this book on a regular basis! LOL!

Hey Susan! I'm travelling up to London on the train on Tuesday, staying overnight in a hotel, attending a meeting all day Wednesday and travelling back Wednesday evening. Not a lot of time to myself there, but it's a little adventure!
