I may not yet be there, but I am so grateful to not be where I used to be!

I have learned to focus on persistence and give up perfectionism.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda Spangle and her books 100 Days of Weight Loss and Friends With the Scale. Through them I am learning how to manage my emotional eating and not stress over day to day fluctuations in my weight.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Buddy Shuh, a contestant from season 15 ...

We do not walk this journey alone. We walk it hand in hand, and sometimes boot to rear LOL!

emoticon Susan, I suspect that you are the one responsible for the gold medal SparkGoodie I received upon completion of 100DWL. Thank you so much for all the support you have provided me along my way. Of course, I am not at my goal yet, but getting a little closer. When I first started my daily blogging about 100DWL, I started on day #8. My OC is compelling me to go back and write blogs about days #1 through #7, so you will probably see me doing that. lol
