My Goals:
In the grand scheme of things, I've got over 100 pounds to lose. On a smaller scale, I'm taking it one step at a time and am setting mini goals for myself, that are attainable. I also need to get into better shape. I'm not looking to be an athlete by any means, I would just like to breathe normally when I walk up a flight of stairs.

My Program:
~Smaller Portions of Food
~No Sweets
~More Water
~Reasonable Exercise

Personal Information:
I teach 4th grade and enjoy reading and traveling to the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee when I can. I have a "fur baby" named Hershey - a 14 pound Yorkie, and love to spend time with my family and friends. I love God and consider myself blessed to be able to work with children for a living.

There hasn't been anything on your page for a while. I hope everything is ok? Don't give up on your goals. I have had a bad setback too and had a few upsets recently. I gave up completely for a while and now I'm back trying to catch up with people and trying to get back on track. We knew it wouldn't be easy, but we know it's worthwhile trying. Please come back. Just take it one day at a time.
