In September 2013 I reached my top weight of 200 lbs (and spent the rest of that Dr's app. listening about ways to lose weight and other stuff I'd heard a million times). 200 hit me though. My goal is 135. I'm getting married in 2015 and would like to be that weight by that time. Also, I'm tired of my Dr giving me essays, pamphlets, etc and I'm tired of being the chubby sister/friend/fiance. Only problem is, I can never stay motivated long enough to really make a difference. So here's to trying ...
