Ready for a Change
My name is Mariah and I have gotten back on the sparkpeople website in hopes of finding some insightful information to help me reach my goals and become the person I want to be. I feel like I have control in all other areas of my life for the most part but reaching my goals and doing what I really want to do is often hindered in terms of diet and exercise. My Goals:
Run Half marathon Lose 12lbs. Become more active on a daily basis(i.e. walking and moving more) Work out 3-5 days a week consistently Be able to say no to dessert and sweets Feel better about myself
My Program:
Go to the gym on Tues/thurs. to get cardio and strength training in. (1-1 1/2hrs.) -add xbiking morning class Cardio Day: Friday&Sunday Walk to and from class and take stairs more often Get on sparkpeople page once a day instead of FB
