Looking to achieve balance with a healthy and active lifestyle. I would like to bring out the inner athlete that I know is hiding somewhere inside of me..

Feel free to add me as a friend, I can use as many as I can get!

So I've decided to lay out my plan:

How I'm going to do this:

1)Go to the gym 5 days a week 3 cardio, 2 weight training, or do DVD's at home.
2) 80-100 oz of H2O Daily, minimum
3) Use common sense with portion sizes
4) Try to be prepared, also bring emergency Quest bars
5) Log everything on MFP
6)6-7 hours of sleep to repair my body, mind.
7)Try Organic
8) Journaling, Blogging, Keeping accountable
9) 1 Free meal a week
10) Recognize all accomplishments

Goal Dates- Which I will update to let you know if I've made Goal

Goal is 2 lbs a week

Final Goal Weight Hoping to reach by 08/2014

Start Date 08/2013

I will post daily for the month so I can see how I fluctuate. Then end of the month I will re post with how much lost per week and monthly total. Then I will do the same for the following month.

Started my first diet at age 9, been a yo yo ever since. Here is to a new me.

    I love the pictures of your dogs. I have a 5 year old Pug named Otto. What a buddy he is!!
