I am 5'3 and I've been hovering at about 140lbs for a few years now and I need to hover at 120 now, cos it's just 'not cool' having thighs that rub together and arms that flap! - although I am not hugely overweight, I have always said - It's a woman's prerogative to never be happy about the way she looks. I'm not happy about my weight, so I'm gonna change it, in 2012!

My Program:
I am doing the 30 day shred - Jillian Michaels - Began 26/04/2012!
I also combine this with Tae-Bo or some other Cardio for an extra 30 mins per day
I have joined the 'Spring Into Shape Bootcamp' - hope to use this to loose weight too!
