Hi, I am currently 83 pounds overweight. From the last 11 years post high school, working and going to school I keep losing focus and commitment tackling this weight. I would love to have friends in my area that I could keep myself accountable to and motivated with to lose this weight! I am 5'6" and now 34 years old and now have relapsed to 230 pounds again! I just restarted my Spark journey on August 2, 2016 and I have long way to go! I hope to make it this time! I am doing IF (intermittent fasting) where I just drink water for 18 hours and then 1 meal with little to no carbs. So far just eating salad, with protein, olives, avocado, spinach leaves, olive oil. Started at 230 lbs on August 2, 2016

My Goals:
1. To always be in control

2. To fit a size 10 - 8 pant and business suit without a MUFFIN TOP!

3. To be able to smile and pose for pictures

4. To be a Spark People success story

5. To be a knockout in social circle. So everyone can be surprised at how good I look & feel.

6. To be able to go out and expand my social network WITH my new confidence :)


My Program:
I will account for my daily calorie intake using Spark people calorie counter. I am going to restrict myself to Biotrust shakes, Leptin pills, at least 30 minutes of cardio either at the apartment's gym or the Nordic treadmill at home.



Personal Information:
I am a 32 years old and work as an IT Project Manager in Southern California. I am 5'4 and weigh 221.8 lbs as of 7/27.


Other Information:
Very ambitous, and goal oriented. I just can't seem to conquer this weightloss goal.

Hopefully I will make it happen sometime in this lifetime.......

    Hey, on a side note, what are you doing for exercise nowadays?

    I just ordered a 3 pack of Jillian Michaels' dvds. 30day shred, no more trouble zones and i can't remember the other one, something about burning fat and metabolism.

    Anyway, thought I'd do a rotation of the three and get something done at home if I don't feel like leaving the house. I'll let you know how it goes.

    I'm also doing the rocky challenge for 6 weeks. Strength exercises and daily cardio ... wish me luck! I need to start doing cardio again!!

    Hi girl!

    Just checking in. Last week was the week from hell, but I'm doing much better today. My motto now is to just take it one day at a time, not even think about what's going on tomorrow or the next, or next month, just today. It seems to be working, so far!

    Liked your blog today, funny, how if we really stop and think that by the time we waited at the drive-thru, got our food, drove home, ate cold drive-thru food, we could've had something healthier from the supermarket .... we so complicate our lives sometimes!

    I think the folks that are really successful at losing weight and keeping it off probably don't complicate thinngs as much! jejeje Just my two cents.
