Shaping things up and transforming to a better me.

I'm finnaly tired of loosing a few pounds (15-20) only to get boared or distracted from my workouts. I'd like to live a healthier more fit life. I'm also a newly converted vegitarian and look forward to meeting other vegitarians through this forum.

My Goals:
I ran my first 5k in decades this past August and would like to possibly run a marathon some day. I guess with time and determination I will do it as long as I find a plan and stick to it.

My Program:
I've changed my diet to a more whole foods diet (AKA vegitarian) and I'm incorporating running into my cardo workouts.
