I Need Motivation!!

hello friends. my goal with sparkpeople right now is to lose weight, however, once i've lost the weight i need to use, i plan on changing it to provide me with an overall healthier lifestyle and fitness routine. i am a person that loses motivation very quickly and i don't have much of an immediate support group around me at this time. for these reasons, i am hoping that this site will help me not only stay motivated, but to achieve my goals and build lasting friendships along the way. good ...

My Goals:
I have 100+ lbs to lose and trying to do it in a year. I know it's aggressive, but I'm finally ready to do it.

My Program:
I'm counting calories (ugh!) and trying to walk daily. I'm limited on exercise at the moment from an injury, but trying to stay positive! :)

Personal Information:
I'm from CC. If you want a walking buddy, let's motivate each other! :)

Other Information:
I enjoy a wide variety of activities, and am usually always willing to try anything once. I enjoy new experiences, meeting new people, and learning about other people/cultures/traditions/cuisines/etc.
