I know sometimes they say eating more calories, like 200 can sometimes help with weight loss. I have also heard that if you eat different calorie amounts each day that can help your body not get used to the same thing and you loose weight. But honestly, I don't know what even works for me, so I don't know. That is weird about the carb thing. Maybe your body needs 100 carbs to function? I guess everyone's different. I hope you find what works for you soon! emoticon emoticon
