My Goals:
To loose weight and strengthen my body so I am physically fit.

My Program:
Have stopped smoking - smoke free since November 2nd, 2005. Have joined weigth watchers and go to the Y for a strenth training scession and class 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in N.Y. Presently living in Ohio - a much slower pace of life which presents both good and bad sides - slower life lets pounds catch up with you.

Other Information:
Love like you've never been hurt - most of us have at one time or another - the trick is getting over it.
