Hey! Sorry that the last two weeks have been stressful. I do not like stress. Especially when it pulls me away from the gym and make me eat like a crazy starving person. But the good news is that I am finding working out to be the way I lean when I am feeling stressed.
But things have been going really good for me. I am feeling really determined. I'm also noticing some slimming too. So I'm excited about that.
Well hopefully the next few days get better. I know that this is more than a "NY Resolution." You can do it. I've seen your determination before. I know you have it in you. Just keep your chin up and take it one day at a time.
The gym is going really good. I went Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This week I am going to try to go everyday. Then on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I want to do some sort of strength training. And then on Wednesday and Sunday I am planning on doing my yoga DVD.
This week I also plan to really pay attention to my calories and fat. One thing I am starting to notice is that just because it is low in calories doesn't necessarily mean that it is low in fat. So I will watch that and pay attention to serving sizes. These last few weeks it seems that I haven't really paid much attention to anything that I have been eating.
