Third time's a charm, right?
Hi I'm Nancie. A couple of years ago I dropped 45 lbs on SP under the username CashlessNCR. For a lot of not really good reasons, I stopped doing the things that helped keep me on track with weight management. Then, I began again in February 2013. It was a new chapter, with new challenges,& new goals. I achieved that goal, but then life got in the way again, and I gained the weight back again and more.
So I'm back again. This time I'm off to a pretty good start having lost almost ...

It was a new chapter, with new challenges,& new goals. I achieved that goal, but then life got in the way again, and I gained the weight back again and more.
So I'm back again. This time I'm off to a pretty good start having lost almost 20 lbs. between November 2017 and mid-March 2018. Looking for occasional support as I continue to lose another 35 lbs.

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
Lose 35 lbs by the middle of August 2018.
Maintain that loss & my healthier habits.
Strengthen my core and increase flexibility in my hamstrings and hips.
My Program:
Include fruits/veggies at each meal.
Eat a protein-rich breakfast
Water- 8-10 glasses/day
Bring my lunch to work
Eat the lunch that I bring
Put exercise back into my daily routine with at least 30 minute activity each day as tracked by my Fitbit.
Stretch and yoga 5 nights/week.
