I am setting up several small goals for myself. My first goal is to lose 5 lbs. Once that's done, 10 lbs. etc. I have a lot to lose so looking at it in small amounts helps it to feel more attainable.
I quit smoking 5 years ago, and have gained 100lbs. since. I have tried several times over the past 5 years to lose the weight, with little success. But this time I'm doing it for my health, and to get my life back.
I know I can do it!! especially with the help of my family and friends!
