Thank you so much for the Spark goodie. It came at a time when I really really needed something positive. I am so very proud of you for all the hard work you are putting in becoming a happier and healthier woman. Kudos and keep up the great work!! Hugs.

Hi, Tracey! Thank you for the warm welcome! It's absolutely fine to add as a friend (I did it too emoticon ) Looking forward to the support, both ways! Thanks again!
Have a great one, and stay strong!

The elliptical?! Ha! I couldn't even push down once! So that's the end of that for the time being! I went back to the recumbent bicycle and pedaled for ten minutes before doing the other exercises! This time, I pedaled with enough energy (I'd guess you say) that the machine didn't pause every few seconds! The PT still set a timer rather than use the one on the machine!

Thank you. You did a hard thing today and i wanted to recognize that. Living in your truth is hard but it gets easier. Stay strong and good luck!

Hi! The other problem with water aerobics was that it was near to impossible to wash off the smell of chlorine! One of these days, i might try it again. I am going to try the elliptical at the PT's tomorrow! I read that using that is a little less stressful on your feet and knees.
