We were into to groups...."Intake" and "Income Maintenance".
I did both over the years as well as a little supervision. We didn't have social work in the office, but always made LOTS of referrals to other services available in the community.
Truthfully, I'm glad to be away from that. I am retired and now work p/t in a fire department as their office manager. I don't manage people, just paperwork. It is a pretty good fit, but I have been there 10 years and at 67 think it is time to do something different.

Thank for your kind words on my blog.
If only I could make myself remember from time to time how bad it is! I keep forgetting that sugar will make me crash... and I spent the whole week eating chocolate, that's like Isabelle kryptonite!
I'll recorde myself and play it when I want to have a taste lol that'll teach me!
    Have a good weekend!

    Thanks for your comment Tracey.
Any extreme in weather whether cold or heat can be taxing.
We are going crabbing again tonight but it will be after my son's soccer training so no sunset pics but maybe some some crab pics.
We are trying to learn how to catch squid as well.

I'm not talking just about deer...! We had a garden at work for a few years as did another program at the opposite end of the courtyard and they had rats but we didn't. In the ten years my program was there, I think no more than three mice visited us while at the main site, the mice are quite friendly! Behind my program room is the transportation department and its parking lot which takes up a lot of space and behind that is a large expanse of woods--you'd think those critters could find all they want there, but no, they have to come inside the building! I do know you can plant a relatively pest-free garden--you just have to ask the Master Gardeners association in your community. Good luck!
