    @Mudder91 thank you for the offer of looking at the menu, I know I didn't do good last week I was sick and ate whatever. I am going to try hard this week and if still no weight lost I would be more than happy to post my menu to see what everyone thinks that would be most helpful emoticon

    You posted that you have been watching what you eat and exercising and have seen no weight loss. How frustrating!!! Have you been logging your food on this site? If so, please share your menus and we can look it over and see if we see something. If not, you should try logging your food!

    @Lovepurple2- I am eating enough but I discovered today that I may be eating too many carbs...I am going to try more protein and less carbs and as far as water I drink between 80-100 oz per day so I think that is enough. I feel like I am floating but a workout trainer told me drink 1/2 my body weight at least per day. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!! Thank you so much for the kind words of encouragement. emoticon
