Thank you my dear NASFKAB for the welcome to the team.

Just saw you are a member of the chair exercises team. Guess that is all I can do well. I struggle with my walking, need a cane for support, but try and get at least 30 minutes of walking outdoors every day. I have Osteoarthritis and my hips and knees are very painful.

I live with my husband of 63 years. He is 84, but by the grace of God healthy and active.

I have 6 children, 19 grandkids and 40 great-great grands. The youngest great-great is 4 months old.

Well I am from Lucknow, India, very close to the capital - Delhi.

Look forward to learning from your experience as I have a task of losing 90 lbs.
