Finally losing again

I've always been a little overweight. In the past few years I've had many struggles with it going up and down. I'd lose a few and then gain them back. I'm back on track now and making my health a priority in my life again. I have about 50 pounds to lose and I'm looking forward to losing them and keeping them off!

Yay! I'm so glad my blog helped! :) If you want you might consider doing what I do regarding rewards. I upload a pic of my next reward or a symbolic pic of my next reward onto my profile page and then when I reach the next level (mine is for Slimkicker.com, though) I get that item and replace it with the next reward. Although, depending on how expensive the reward is I might use it for the next few levels rather than just one. But even if you decide not to do that I think that giving yourself rewards is a great motivator.

I take pictures every 10lbs as well, but the pants challenge is a way to actually see in so many different ways how much weight you've lost! I'm glad you're back on spark, even though you've gained some weight back; I'm sure you'll lose it and will look better then ever!
