I give thanks to God, the Father, for you as I pray for you today. May you know by experience God’s grace, spiritual favor and BLESSing today and every day, having heart peace from God the Eternal Father – that peaceful state of trust in Him to which He calls us; that soul harmony with Him that umpires life choices, heart desires, and questions of the mind. May He settle us with faith to trust Him. Have a BLESSed Thanksgiving, rested in Father. Loving you in Christ, Darlene.

Worry over the future breeds anxiety. Fretting over the past breeds depression. Both can stop our good movement forward and put us in front of the TV with a bad movie and too much of the stuff we don’t need to put into our bodies. That horrid cycle, of course, breeds regret and dread that brings us to more of the same. I believe that is called “insanity”.

Instead work to stay in the present taking the next step needed for living to the full the “now” that is before you, having learned better ways from past experience and pushing forward with hope that right action now will produce a better tomorrow. This is living life with power that produces a good outcome and protects our journey from wasting away.

Plan for the future, yes; but let the first plan be to live your best you in the now you have to possess.

wow you get 2 to 3 a day from a few plants? I'll have to see how much I like this zucchini hahahaha might be worth visiting you hahaha teasing. No my parents didn't push veggies and so for a long time I didn't either but it's amazing how receptive my son is to them. He at least tries them and for the most part he's liked everything so far, hubby on the other hand I hear him moaning a bit but I know I'll never get lettuce in that mans mouth hahaha I was lucky to get a tomato but of course it was chopped to crap hahaha

Every morning I sit outside and admire that Angel. It is so pretty, and old fashion looking. Have a good Tues. Not sure what my plans are yet, but my day will be exciting!
