Fitness Focused
I am finally in the body I wanted to have! I am happy here but I am not done with my journey. I am focusing on LIVING this lifestyle. I am now focused on fitness and achieving my ideal "HEALTHY" me rather than the number on the scale. Update 4/30/13 I have decided that I have hit my goal weight! Well it is more of a range 172-177! This month I will working on how to maintain this range and toning. Building muscle is my primary objective

May 1- May 31 Toning it Up Challenge PT 24/7 Billy Blanks & Strength training 5 days a week & 3 Hip Hop Abs workouts per week Use any opportunity to be active! Stick to my workout schedule and make healthy food choices!

Proud wife and mother in Philly. I have 3 stepdaughters (19,17, 12) that amazing! My son will be 10 in May.

Be active- May plan to be more active 5/5- Paint ball Excursion - bruised but we had fun! 5/18 Scavenger Hunt- finished 62 out of 150! TBD-Family Rock Climbing gym lesson 5/28 Cross Rowfit class Attend at least 1 Bakrim yoga class by 5/31
