Just a woman who is continuing her weight loss journey as a vegetarian and avid juicer. Went on vacation back in 2009 and after looking at pictures knew I needed to make a change. I was a fat mess! It's been slow and at times frustrating process but I am determined to meet my goals. Started back then at 284 lbs.

How have you been? The squat rack wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, I've only done it once, but will definitely be back at it next week. And.. do you know I still feel bad about that pizza. LOL Hope you are having a good weekend! emoticon

Thank you for the suggestions. I pulled out my old 10lb ankle weights and decided to start doing leg lifts, lunges and all that throughout the evening. And..on the food note: I started planning my meals today. No more lean cuisines and piecing together meals here and there. I think I finally got the hang of this. LOL emoticon emoticon
