Spring is in the air!

Diet:
- between 1220 and 1350 calories daily
- Mediterranean whole foods diet, heavy in greens/vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruit, low fat dairy. Light in nuts, fish, poultry, oils, processed foods.
- intermittent fasting schedule: 8 hour eating window (noon - 8pm)

Exercise:
- sport: Street Workout
- 5 days of heavy calisthenics and weight lifting / week
- HIIT cardio 2-4 times/week

Supplements:
- daily ...

Gracious Nausikaa!! That was amazing advice!! Working so well, I'm excited about the test. I can do 20 girl sit-ups (arms across chest) in one minute, and that improvement was fast. I think within a couple of more days, i'll have it. And I do think I can pass the test by Friday. YAY.
