My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight, continue my lifestyle journey and motivate and encourage others.
My Program:
I reduced my food portions, count my calories and make better food choices. I take the stairs instead of the elevator and on my breaks at work I dedicate my time to walking. Little changes work and start to add up.
