Here we go again...

Now that I've been active on SP for a year and a half, it seemed appropriate to update my introduction.

After a fast start where I lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks, the weight loss screeched to a snail's pace with a 5 pound loss in the next ten months. However, I recognize that any kind of loss is a success. So, here I am a year later and 15 pounds lighter...with another 10 to go.

I realize good health is a lifestyle, and there will be ups and downs, but gosh darn, can't ...

I live at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado. We enjoy wonderfully mild weather so I've got no excuses for not getting out and moving this old body.

Glad you got home. Doesn't it feel good to get back to your comfy domain? I also had a gain this week. I think I must be on a plateau. Two more weeks to go. This weeks team challenge is interesting. SEIZE. Take care and have a good weekend.

Thanks for the fruit. For some reason my pictures aren't coming out, instead I get little x's. Anyhow, I will try to eat more freggies, but I really don't like many veggies. I did have some apple sause tonight and I think we are making a 2 or 3 bean salad, I only like the French green beans and wax beans. Also like Winn Dixie's baked beans.
Well, off to bed...again.
