After CHRISTMAS DAY is BOXNG DAY!

Only one son out of three. Our oldest son Mark could not get through the mountains safely. He needs new tires and I told him to stay put please. He was alone and it saddens me.
Our bachelor son just bought his first home in Wisconsin. He had to work.

It was a very good time we had Christmas crackers(not cookies) Pull them and they go BANG !! they always liven up the party.

    Now it is BOXING DAY.!

    My very special Day.

My family in my youth were servants and so they brought home boxes of food to the family.

The left over food from the table of Christmas Dinner were from the Lord of the manor. They gave the leftovers to the servants. PLUS the servants have the DAY OFF!

    It's BOXING DAY!

Oh, there were splinters, lots of splinters. Our resident nurse carried around a pair of tweezers. But that set is UP! Lol
