This time I'll do it!

I have finally reached that point in my life where I've internalized the importance of being fit and healthy. I'm nearing retirement and I want to be able to enjoy it! Carol~~there is nothing on my squat board that says you have to do ALL those squats each day ALL at once~~
I have done 30 without stopping but when I got up in the higher numbers I would divide them up.
Like when it was 100~~I would do 25 four times~~taking a 15 to 20 minute break between each 25~~put on a washing or played a FB game ( whatever )
Try my board...it s fun!! emoticon

Thanks for the veggies. Yes, I hope I have better luck with our garden this year. There's nothing better than a fresh tomato or cucumber from the garden!
