    Today our senior college was a talk about one of the instructors took students to CUBA and it was so interesting.

    Slide shows but what we saw were on the screen, very happy people. Very poor and very few were over weight. They were walking and a few rode bikes.

    It felt like the fifties, street parties and rabbit ears TV .We like our senior college. We run the two courses 10 weeks in Spring and fall and we have a great time. I was in at the beginning just 6 courses and now about 25. I am on the concert committee and we give 8 classic and 4 we like to find other genres.

    We give out scholarships to come and we have had several international entertainers. We have $10 00 a concert .Students $5 and kids under $5 free.
    We have contracts with the performers and we pick them in our committee.
    Usually 2 years ahead. We are finding 2017 to 2018 contracts have come out.
    It gives us some social interaction and getting out and binge busy.

    you asked if my bike ride was fun.. Not sure that's how I'd describe it! I'm doing a sprint triathlon in 2 weeks time so I'd run 5K before cycling today (swam yesterday) but at least I'm pretty sure I'll make it to the finshing line! and that feels good.. Thanks Tessa

    So to add a photo into your feed, you just go to where you would post your current status and there is a tiny add a photo button. It then goes on your feed and on your main page and into your photos section as well.

    You bet I wear my track at work! I usually get 10 to 12 k just working 12 hours. Sometimes 15 to 20 k. I had 2 hours of working out on my days off.
