I work out for an hour or more each day. I have a desk job and need the relief. I have a lot of energy. I can't have a lot of citrus. I have wrist issues or I would do more crafts. I love crafts. I read. I walk the dogs. I play with the cats. I can't run but I do enjoy it.

Life is about choices! We become the choices we make. Every choice impacts our progress. We CAN take daily action based on the choices that's consistent with better lifestyle changes! The results of our choices WILL fulfill our lives in a positive way! Letís commi to making daily healthy CHOICES!!
