My Journey to losing a hundred pounds

I joined Sparkpeople in May of 2010 and I have kind of gone back and forth ever since then never really wanting to be serious about eating right and weight training at the same time... On Jan. 17, 2011 I decided to get serious all the way around and since then I have lost 18 pounds.....

Update 6/14/11...... Up to 27 pounds lost since January 17th.......

UPdate 8/22/11...... UP to 32 pounds lost since Jan. 17th.....Slowly but surely going in the right direction... ...

Update 2/22/12..... I am currently at 182 and its time to get back on track again.....I have taken some time to myself and not worried about my exercise and nutrition and look where its gotten me..... but thats because I have been eating whatever I want and not being accountable..... I have some goals for this year!!! I am going to follow through for once with my running training and then I want to take it to the next level and run several half marathons this year and be able to run my first full marathon by next year.... I want to do this for me!!! Wish me luck!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose a total of 100 pounds.

My Program:
I joined Sparkpeople on 05/13/10.

I currently just got serious starting on Jan. 17, 2011.
I burn 3000 - 3200 calories a week between five days...
I eat 1200 - 1550 calories a day watching not to exceed carb, fats, or protein goals..
I strength Train 6 Days a week working one main muscle Group a day...
My goal is to reach 140 pounds before the end of the year.....Wish me luck!!!
Did my first virtual 5k with a time 52:22!!
Not bad for my first 5k.

Update: Finished the supreme 90 day challenge...

Update:Currently Day 60 S90 Day 30 days and counting......

Update: on day 48 and over half way there!!!!

on day 15 of The supreme 90 Day System 1/6 of the way there!! I got this!

Just Started Supreme 90 days Workout System on Monday, April 24, 2011.....
