Getting Healthy For Myself and My Family!

My Goals:
I would like to be healthy mentally and physically. I want to reach a healthy BMI for my body type. I want to be able to run and play with my kids. I want to be able to ride my horse without feeling guilty that I'm too heavy for her.

My Program:
I use Beachbody Rockin' Body, Slim in 6 and also workout videos uploaded to YouTube (JessicaSmithTV is great!). I am aiming to try T25, Insanity and P90X in the future as well. My goal is to be more consistent with my workouts.

Personal Information:
I am 27, married to my best friend, and the mother of a beautiful little girl. They are my inspiration for losing the weight.

Other Information:
I love the outdoors. I love hunting, fishing, camping, riding my horse and basically anything else I can do outside. However, I also do like to be inside and play on the computer.

Oh that's a bummer! I didn't end up running that 10k...it was WELL below zero and I wasn't willing to lose any extremities hahaha! I have been running for a week on the treadmill so it's been going good. I will be doing a 7k in March. I'm really trying to get my butt back in gear and figure out this workout thing with working! It is so hard to get up so early!

Hi! I love my Fitbit One. It's helped me stay active. I've been walking daily, tracking my steps and mileage. If nothing else, my leg muscles are doing well! lol

Hey! How's it going? How's running?! If you need a running "buddy" I'd be happy to be yours! I am training (ha well I need to train) for my 10k on Jan. 1. I am pretty crazy-I did the 5k last year and it was 9 degrees out and my feet were frozen! How am I gonna do double that!? I hope you have been having good luck with the weight loss since returning!!! emoticon emoticon
