You stopped by and mentioned "I don't know your record for working out" You are right, I don't know.....but what I do know that if we look at this ONE DAY at a time maybe we can workout more often. Day two for me and looking forward (right now) for day three. Trying to get 20 minutes a day in and for me it's not easy. I lost all of the stamina I had (when I was exercising at my peak) and now I really have to start all over.....hope this time I will remember how hard this is to get back and never slip this far back again.
