FIT AGAIN IN 2010

It seems like I've fought weight problems all my life; at least for the last 35 years. I've probably lost & gained hundred's of lbs in that time. Earlier in life I was always active, regardless of the weight; motorcross, softball, horseback riding, etc. With age comes paybacks for all youthful injuries that I walked away from, & mobility becomes an issue.
So this is the year to regain my health, lose the weight, & become fit again in 2010.
Phillipians 4:13 '" I CAN DO ALL THINGS ...

Letting go of the past, & only keeping the lessons learned. Trying to get a better handle on stress, & not eating my way through it.

June 13 2014 Summer 5% Challenge

More than ever I need to regain my health & strength , & reduce my stress level.

My Program:
To track my food, & try to stay in calorie range per SP.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Cardio 5 days a week.

On average, 2000 steps is about a mile so walking 10,000 steps means walking about 5 miles.
