Back again

I was going to wait until New years to get started but figured a week of trying is better than another of overeating and not really moving. So here I am, I was once up to 230 lbs and then joined spark and got down to 180. I said I would never gain the weight back. here I am at 200lbs that is why I decided to start now! I feel my health is at risk and I feel terrible. I know I can do this I just need to stick with spark weighing my food etc! Pray for me and any help is appreciated!

My Goals:
1) To exercise at least 5 days a week, for at least 30 mins.
2) Eat 5-6 servings of vegies and fruit 6 days a week.
3) TO be positive,stay focused and to read at least 1 motivational artical/quote a day.

My Program:
Yes, I am hoping to lose weight and tone up. My program is going to consist of controllong stress, being more positive ,eating healthy at least 5 days a week,exercising 6 days a week and moving more.
