The only way I am going to get the "better I Deserve" is to work at it bit by bit. Struggles are part of life and clear sailing isn't always the best thing for us so right now I am just going to Keep Pushing Forward!

While my spark start date says 2006, I actually didn't start using Spark regularly until 2010. At that point I was almost a year into my journey to just reach my wedding weight again. I started that journey 7/1/2009 and never expected it to take this long to lose 41 lbs. I have had several set backs but 2013 will be the year that I break through that number. Hormones have played a big role in this battle for me so I hope if I get back to counting carbs again regularly that I will be able to blast through that barrier and keep pushing forward.

Thanks for the goodie! Sounds like you are up for a busy time at work~stay strong and stick to your plan. I have been tracking the past few days and doing pretty well with food choices. Now I have to pick up the exercise and maybe I'll get off this plateau! Here's to a GREAT month!

Thanks for the goodie. I'm struggling to stay consistent~it is the same old thing for me. I would love to check in with you for accountability if you want. I don't know if it helps or not, but it's worth a try! I am going to track again this week after taking several days off. I am also going to exercise more than 2 times. Let me know if you want to do a daily check in and I will be here for you!
