My 5 main spring challenge goals are:

1. Walk at least 5 times a week
2. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
3. Eat 6 fruits and vegetables a day
4. Lose 15 pounds
5. Fit more comfortably into my clothes



My Program:
water aerobics 4 times weekly, gardening , eating lots more fruits and vegetables

Personal Information:
Living in Northwest Wisconsin Retired and loving it

Other Information:
I had always defined myself as a nurse so had to rethink things when I retired. Now I.m focused on drawing closer to The Lord.
