Grateful to be At Goal..Again

I lost 33 pounds in 1970 on the old old old Weight Watchers Plan, arriving at my doctor selected goal of 114 in 5 months. Had a few years at an even lower weight due to illness, then got back up to goal and stayed there until the menopause 6 snuck in from the air. (Never from Cheetos or Reeses!) Got serious, lost the 6, and am keeping it off, and then another 9 pounds.

I am mother of 3 sons, step mother of 1 son, mother in law to 3 wonderful women, grandmother to 5, soon to be ...

Thanks for your comment on my grandson blog. My doctor insists I don't need to lose weight, but I would love to shed a few more pounds at least. I, too, dropped below where I wanted to be due to health issues many years ago. However, pounds crept on also during various health struggles when I could not be active. I wish you continued success in all your plans for your active healthy self.

Thanks for the blog comment....social media is a double edged sword for sure!! just depends on how you use it! Normally, I use if for good...but the bad sometimes leaks around the cracks and it overtakes the good. Thank goodness for the delete button!!! LoL
