thanks for your comment on my blog. Yeah, I knew as soon as I 'outed' myself here I was lettnig the secret go! That makes me a little panicky because I'm afraid I'll jinx it, but it also helps hold me accountable for the work I do and foods I eat.

Music helps me big time...I just wish I was a little more focused. I feel really scatterbrained when I'm exercising sometimes, and I don't like that feeling. I want to be a MACHINE, damnit! At least when I'm exercising. :) But I do love music and I adore my iPod to bits!!

Thanks for your advice on the SparkDiet! I like your suggestion of just following the calorie range they suggest...I think I will incorporate that into my meal plan. Yeah, I'm not all that into a lot of the 'meals' they suggest either...like, who eats two whole wheat pitas with corn and salsa and caramel yogurt?? LOL

Thanks for the welcome! I made the background on my page a few years ago....the coin is a Moroccan coin from the '50's. The 1371 date is based on the Muslim calendar. I added the greenery and made it into a background using Paint Shop Pro. I used to do a lot of computer art, I want to get back into that.
