1) less junk food, more proteins (it's going to be hard, considering I'm vegetarian, but I'll try)
2) about 5 hours per week doing cardio and strength exercises
3) cycle or walk to work
4) drink more

It took me a long time to get that time on my elliptical, I sure love it. I think I was 15 minutes and worked my way up, really good on my knees, loosens me up. Thank you for noticing. Hope you are doing well and it cooled off and you are able to get out and walk~ emoticon Jackie
