Spring 5% Challenge program:
-walking or cycling to work
-3 times per week, 60 to 90 minutes at the gym for rehabilitation and cardio/strength exercise
-sticking with the diet I began in September, planned with a dietitian

1) less junk food, more proteins (it's going to be hard, considering I don't eat meat, but I'll try)
2) drink more
