Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go.

Thanks a bunch for the "boxing gloves." I really appreciate that in reference to my recent blog, "Dieter's Block." Boxing is actually a great way to release anxiety and frustration when things aren't going well. It feels good to punch something. LOL! 294 days ago
