Resetting the Goal Posts

I took nearly a year off, with my teeth giving me such pain that it was all I could do just to make it through the day. And I regained about 50 of the 75 pounds I had lost.

Starting over, I need to reset my goals. Exercise is back to being a habit again, but the weight comes off at the rate of MAYBE 1 pound a MONTH, instead of a pound or two a week.

Hi, Dianne!
I'm also losing only a pound a month... but I am happy for that. Life happens, and I am consistantly SPARKing inspite of what is being thrown into my path each day. Sparking has helped me keep my sanity, and the weight I have lost over the past 9 months HAS helped my RAD. I am finally under 200 for the first time is many years, and I am determined to stay that way! LOL!

Hi Dianne.I'm brand new to the 10 minute a day challenge and I saw your post this morning. Three cheers for you getting into the pool! You are gaining strength from your surgery!
I have added you and hope to get to know you better.
