Netty's Journey to a Healthier Life


Hi, my name's Annette and I've been overweight since my teen years. I'm 43 now and want to be healthy going into my later years. I'd love to be thin but right now healthy is the most important. I have 2 children 14 and 9, both in competitive soccer which means I'm a very busy soccer mum. I really need to learn to make time for me and make my health a priority.

Fitness Minutes: 46,703

My Goals:
My fitness goal is to be able to run a mile by the end of the summer. I'm going to follow SP program and learn to do this.

Ultimately I'd like to lose 45 to 50 lbs but for 2013 the goal is 25.

I also want to become fitter so I don't hold the family back when we go hiking during the summer.
