I want you all to know how much all of you mean to me, and you all are great support not only in trying to lose but in everything. God Love you all. Since I have been with Spark people 2006, I have lose 50 lbs of course got off track and put about 20 pounds on but I am back on track again.

My Goals:
Are to stay healthy first and formost ! But I would like to maintain my weight at between 110 and 115 lbs.
My Program:
I workout with weight machines daily and play either racquet ball or squash. Try to get at least some power walking and drink lots of water.

I have lived in St. Louis, MO. all my life I had been married for 25 years to a wonderful man who was taken from me on April 11, 2006 with cancer.
I have two wonderful grown children a son -26 , daughter - 24
