Welcome back! I did better my second time around on spark. I reached my goal and then some. Now I stay on to maintain my healthy habits. I'll be 50 in a year and a half and want to make sure to be strong and healthy as I age.
Don't think about a number you want to see on the scale and by when. Focus on small, healthy changes you can make every day. Slow progress leads to lasting progress!
I keep the following quote on my desk at work by Karen Lamb..."this time next year, you will wish you had started today".
