My Goals:
My goal is to be able to go into any store and have an more options of clothing available to me. I want to be able to look in the mirror and love who I see. I want to be able to not depend on blood pressure medicine because I'm fat. I want to go to a doctor's office and have they them not use my weight for every excuse of a symptom that I get because they don't won't to look any further.

I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results! I'm giving you a STANDING OVATION for the goals you have achieved and the progress you continue to make! You are:
